1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of travel planning services by frovelias.com (PE, EDRPOU 38212425), 45 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Contact: contact@frovelias.com, +380 737 776 4665. Legal representative: Robert Schmidt, Managing Director.

Under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce', we publish full business details before contracting.

2. Services and Booking

We provide travel planning services. As a travel service provider, we disclose our tour operator/travel agent status and contract terms under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР of 15.09.1995 'On Tourism'.

Prices are in UAH and include taxes. We provide clear pre-contract information on price and terms per Law No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel as per our policy. Refunds are processed within 14 days. Under Law No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights', you have the right to complain. Contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

4. Personal Data

We process personal data with your prior informed consent and a published privacy notice under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 'On Personal Data Protection'. Non-essential cookies require prior consent under Law No. 2297-VI and Law No. 675-VIII.

5. Advertising

Advertising content is identifiable, accurate, and not misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР of 03.07.1996 'On Advertising'.
